Risk Disclosure

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You could lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose. The information and tools provided by Precision Automation Inc. are for educational and informational purposes only and are not financial advice.

1. Purpose of This Disclosure

This Risk Disclosure explains the risks associated with trading and with using the products and services of Precision Automation Inc. (“Precision Automation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including Precision Intelligence and the Precision Apex and Precision Specter expert advisors (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described here, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Not Financial Advice

Precision Automation is a market‑analytics and software provider. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. Nothing in the Services — including alerts, scores, potential entry zones, potential target areas, invalidation zones, or any other analytics — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

3. General Risk of Loss

Trading foreign exchange, futures, commodities, equities, and other instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably, and you may sustain losses that exceed your initial investment in leveraged products. You should carefully consider your financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance before trading.

4. Leverage and Margin Risk

Leveraged trading can amplify both gains and losses. A small adverse market movement can result in losses that are large relative to the capital you have deposited, and you may be required to deposit additional funds at short notice. Failure to do so may result in your positions being closed at a loss.

5. Market Volatility and Liquidity Risk

Markets can be highly volatile, and conditions can change quickly due to economic events, news, and other factors. During periods of volatility or low liquidity, prices may gap, spreads may widen, and orders may be filled at prices different from those expected (slippage). There is no guarantee that you will be able to enter or exit a position at a desired price.

6. Instrument‑Specific Risks

Different instruments carry different risks. Foreign exchange and CFDs are typically leveraged and can be highly volatile; futures and commodities can be affected by supply, demand, and geopolitical factors; equities are subject to company‑specific and market‑wide risks. You are responsible for understanding the characteristics and risks of any instrument you trade.

7. Past and Hypothetical Performance

Past performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. Any examples, statistics, or historical analytics shown are for illustration only and do not represent a promise of future performance.

CFTC Rule 4.41: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under‑ or over‑compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

8. Software, Technology, and Data Risk

The Services depend on software, data feeds, networks, and third‑party infrastructure. Delays, outages, latency, inaccuracies, bugs, or interruptions can occur, and alerts or analytics may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You should not rely solely on the Services and should independently verify information before acting. We do not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or availability of any data or alert.

9. Automated Trading and Expert Advisor Risk

The Precision Apex and Precision Specter expert advisors execute according to predefined logic and require correct configuration, a compatible platform, and stable hosting. Automated systems can behave unexpectedly due to market conditions, connectivity issues, broker differences, configuration errors, or platform updates, and can generate losses. You are responsible for monitoring any automated system and for the settings and risk parameters you choose.

10. No Guarantee of Results

We do not and cannot guarantee any profit, income, or specific outcome. Any decision to act on information from the Services is made at your own risk and discretion.

11. Personal Responsibility

Whether you take any alert, and how you size, enter, manage, and exit any resulting trade, is entirely your own decision and responsibility. You should consult a licensed financial advisor and consider your own circumstances before acting on any information.

12. Suitability and Risk Capital

You should only trade with risk capital — money you can afford to lose without affecting your financial security or lifestyle. Trading is not appropriate for funds you may need for living expenses, retirement, emergencies, or debt obligations.

13. Third‑Party Brokers and Execution

Precision Automation does not execute trades, hold client funds, or act as a counterparty. Any trades you place are executed through third‑party brokers or platforms that you select and that are subject to their own terms, risks, and regulatory oversight. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or solvency of any broker or platform.

14. Regulatory Status

Precision Automation is not registered with, and the Services are not endorsed by, any securities or futures regulator, including the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions. Nothing in the Services should be construed as advice that requires such registration.

15. Acknowledgment

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks described in this disclosure, that you are responsible for your own trading decisions, and that Precision Automation is not liable for any losses you may incur. If you do not understand these risks, you should not trade and should seek independent professional advice.
