Risk Disclosure

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You could lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose. The information and tools provided by Precision Automation Inc. are for educational and informational purposes only and are not financial advice. This includes Precision Gold Mentorship, the Precision VIP Gold Room, our expert advisors and other trading tools, our free resources, and all content by Rob Mirlach.

1. Purpose of This Disclosure

This Risk Disclosure explains the risks associated with trading and with using the products and services of Precision Automation Inc. (“Precision Automation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including Precision Intelligence and the Precision Apex and Precision Specter expert advisors (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described here, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Services also include Precision Gold Mentorship, the Precision VIP Gold Room, our other expert advisors and trading bots (including Orb EA and Alpha EA), Build Your Bot, our MT5 indicators, web tools such as our gold chart replay tool, any copy trading option we offer, our free resources (including our free beginner course and the Gold Starter Kit), our email list, our Telegram and Discord communities, our live calls, and content by Rob Mirlach (“Rob”) or under the Precision Trading and Precision Automation brands on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Telegram, Discord, Zoom, email, livestreams, and podcasts.

2. Not Financial Advice

Precision Automation is a market‑analytics and software provider. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. Nothing in the Services (including alerts, scores, potential entry zones, potential target areas, invalidation zones, or any other analytics) constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

This also applies to course lessons, live calls, community posts, Gold Room trade ideas and trading journal posts, expert advisors and their settings, free resources, emails, and all content by Rob on any channel. We also provide trading education, and all of it is general education, not advice for your situation. Rob is not a registered or licensed financial adviser, broker, or investment adviser.

3. General Risk of Loss

Trading foreign exchange, futures, commodities, equities, and other instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably, and you may sustain losses that exceed your initial investment in leveraged products. You should carefully consider your financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance before trading.

4. Leverage and Margin Risk

Leveraged trading can amplify both gains and losses. A small adverse market movement can result in losses that are large relative to the capital you have deposited, and you may be required to deposit additional funds at short notice. Failure to do so may result in your positions being closed at a loss.

5. Market Volatility and Liquidity Risk

Markets can be highly volatile, and conditions can change quickly due to economic events, news, and other factors. During periods of volatility or low liquidity, prices may gap, spreads may widen, and orders may be filled at prices different from those expected (slippage). There is no guarantee that you will be able to enter or exit a position at a desired price.

6. Instrument‑Specific Risks

Different instruments carry different risks. Foreign exchange and CFDs are typically leveraged and can be highly volatile; futures and commodities can be affected by supply, demand, and geopolitical factors; equities are subject to company‑specific and market‑wide risks. You are responsible for understanding the characteristics and risks of any instrument you trade.

7. Gold (XAUUSD) Trading Risk

Much of our education, the Precision VIP Gold Room, and several of our tools focus on gold (XAUUSD). Gold is commonly traded through leveraged products, such as CFDs, spot contracts, and futures, and it carries specific risks:

  • Volatility: the gold price can move sharply in minutes, especially around economic data releases, central bank decisions, geopolitical events, and session opens.
  • Leverage: a small move in the gold price can cause a large loss relative to your account, and with some products and brokers you can lose more than you deposited.
  • Gaps and spreads: prices can gap, including over weekends and around news, and spreads can widen, so stop orders may be filled at a worse price than you set.
  • Broker differences: contract sizes, pip and point values, margin requirements, trading hours, and prices differ between brokers and platforms, so the same trade can produce different results in different accounts.

8. Past and Hypothetical Performance

Past performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. Any examples, statistics, or historical analytics shown are for illustration only and do not represent a promise of future performance.

CFTC Rule 4.41: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under‑ or over‑compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

This also applies to backtested and optimized results for our expert advisors and bots, to practice results from tools such as our gold chart replay tool, to results or certificates shared by members and customers, and to examples of Rob’s own trades shown in lessons, live calls, emails, the Precision VIP Gold Room, or on social media. These are for illustration only, are not typical, and are not a promise that you will get similar results.

9. Software, Technology, and Data Risk

The Services depend on software, data feeds, networks, and third‑party infrastructure. Delays, outages, latency, inaccuracies, bugs, or interruptions can occur, and alerts or analytics may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You should not rely solely on the Services and should independently verify information before acting. We do not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or availability of any data or alert.

The same applies to our web tools, such as the gold chart replay tool, whose price data may differ from your broker’s, and to the platforms we use to deliver the Services, such as Whop, Stripe, Telegram, Discord, Zoom, and YouTube, which can have outages or delays. Alerts, posts, and messages can arrive late or not at all.

10. Automated Trading and Expert Advisor Risk

The Precision Apex and Precision Specter expert advisors execute according to predefined logic and require correct configuration, a compatible platform, and stable hosting. Automated systems can behave unexpectedly due to market conditions, connectivity issues, broker differences, configuration errors, or platform updates, and can generate losses. You are responsible for monitoring any automated system and for the settings and risk parameters you choose.

These risks apply to all of our expert advisors and trading bots, including Apex EA, Specter EA, Orb EA, and Alpha EA, to our MT5 indicators, to any bot built through Build Your Bot or as a custom build, and to any copy trading option we offer. In particular:

  • Automated systems can lose money, including through long losing streaks, and can open, manage, or close trades in ways you do not expect.
  • Results depend on your broker, account type, spreads, commissions, execution speed, hosting, and settings, so your results can differ from ours or from other users’ results.
  • Backtests and optimizations use historical data and the benefit of hindsight. A strategy that performed well in a backtest can perform badly in live trading.
  • Where we offer copy trading, trades are copied to your account automatically. Copied trades can be opened or closed at different prices, late, or not at all, and results in your account will differ from the source.
  • Products described as automated or hands free still need you to monitor your account, your platform, and your settings.
  • You should test any expert advisor, bot, or indicator on a demo account before using it with real money.

11. Trading Education Risk

Precision Gold Mentorship (the video course, the Discord community, and the live Zoom calls), our free beginner course, our free resources (such as the Gold Starter Kit), our emails, and our bot building lessons are general educational content about trading, much of it about gold (XAUUSD). They do not take your personal circumstances into account, and they are not a recommendation to trade.

  • Examples and demonstrations are for teaching: chart examples, trade walkthroughs, and demonstrations are there to explain a concept. They are not recommendations to buy or sell, and they are not trade ideas or alerts. Examples are often chosen because they show a concept clearly, so they may not reflect typical market conditions or typical results.
  • Tools and calculators are learning aids: check every calculation, such as a position size, against your own broker’s contract specifications before you trade.
  • Results vary: your results depend on your own decisions, discipline, risk management, capital, broker, and market conditions. Completing a course or attending live calls does not mean you will trade profitably, and many traders lose money.
  • No guarantee: we do not promise any income, profit, or trading result from our education.
  • Only trade money you can afford to lose: never trade with money you need for living expenses, debts, or savings.

12. Precision VIP Gold Room Risk

In the Precision VIP Gold Room, Rob shares his own trade ideas and his personal trading journal, including the reasoning behind XAUUSD trades he takes, posted as he takes them (entry, stop, target, and updates). Members do not trade alongside Rob. Posts are not signals to copy, and they are not personalized advice.

  • Timing: by the time you read a post, the price may have moved. Posts can be delayed by Telegram, your device, or your connection, and Rob may not be able to post every update as it happens.
  • Different accounts: Rob’s account size, broker, prices, position size, and risk are his own and may be very different from yours. A trade that suits his account may not suit yours.
  • Losses: Rob’s trades can lose money. Past Gold Room trades are not a promise of future results.
  • Your decision: if you decide to place any trade after reading a post, that decision, its size, and its risk are entirely your own.

13. Content by Rob Mirlach, Social Media, and Communities

Rob and our brands, including Precision Trading and Precision Automation, publish content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Telegram, Discord, and Zoom, and in emails, livestreams, podcasts, courses, and free resources. All of it is education and Rob’s personal opinion. It is general, not personalized, and it may be out of date by the time you see it. Examples of Rob’s own trades are for illustration only, are not typical, and are not a promise of results.

Posts by other members in our communities are their own opinions. They are not advice from Precision Automation or Rob, and we do not check them. Do not trade because of another member’s post.

14. No Guarantee of Results

We do not and cannot guarantee any profit, income, or specific outcome. Any decision to act on information from the Services is made at your own risk and discretion.

15. Personal Responsibility

Whether you take any alert, and how you size, enter, manage, and exit any resulting trade, is entirely your own decision and responsibility. You should consult a licensed financial advisor and consider your own circumstances before acting on any information.

The same applies to any trade you place after a lesson, a live call, a Gold Room post, a community post, or any content by Rob, and to any expert advisor, bot, or copy trading option you choose to run.

16. Suitability and Risk Capital

You should only trade with risk capital: money you can afford to lose without affecting your financial security or lifestyle. Trading is not appropriate for funds you may need for living expenses, retirement, emergencies, or debt obligations.

17. Third‑Party Brokers and Execution

Precision Automation does not execute trades, hold client funds, or act as a counterparty. Any trades you place are executed through third‑party brokers or platforms that you select and that are subject to their own terms, risks, and regulatory oversight. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or solvency of any broker or platform.

Some brokers and partners we mention or link to may pay us a commission (see our Disclaimer). A mention or link is not an endorsement. Check a broker’s regulation, costs, and terms yourself before opening an account.

18. Regulatory Status

Precision Automation is not registered with, and the Services are not endorsed by, any securities or futures regulator, including the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions. Nothing in the Services should be construed as advice that requires such registration.

Rob Mirlach is not a registered or licensed financial adviser, broker, or investment adviser.

19. Acknowledgment

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks described in this disclosure, that you are responsible for your own trading decisions, and that Precision Automation is not liable for any losses you may incur. If you do not understand these risks, you should not trade and should seek independent professional advice.

This includes the risks described above for gold trading, automated trading and copy trading, trading education, the Precision VIP Gold Room, and content by Rob on any channel.
