These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Precision Automation Inc. (“Precision Automation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website precisionautomation.tech and our products and services, including Precision Intelligence (our market‑analytics software, dashboard, and real‑time alerts) and the Precision Apex and Precision Specter expert advisors (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services include:
Precision Gold Mentorship, our free beginner course, our free resources, and any other trading or bot building lessons we provide are our “Education Services”. Sections 8 to 12 contain additional terms for specific products and for our communications. If one of those sections conflicts with another part of these Terms, that section applies to the product it covers. Our Disclaimer also applies to your use of the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
This age requirement applies to every part of the Services, including free resources, our email list, our Communities, the Membership, and the Gold Room. You are also responsible for making sure that using the Services, and any trading you do, is legal where you live.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms.
Each account, subscription, membership, and license is for one person only. You may not share your login details, invite links, or access to any paid course, Community, room, or Trading Software with anyone else, or let anyone else use them. This includes your accounts on Platforms we use to deliver the Services, such as Whop, Telegram, and Discord. If we believe access is being shared, we may suspend or end it.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal or internal business purposes. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Sections 8 to 11 set out additional license terms for the Membership, the Gold Room, Trading Software, and free resources. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, no license allows you to share, resell, or redistribute paid Content or Trading Software.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non‑refundable and partial periods are not refunded. Any specific refund terms stated at the point of sale will also apply.
Leaving a Community, unsubscribing from emails, or no longer using a product does not cancel a paid subscription. You must cancel to stop future charges. Sections 8 and 9 explain how cancellation and refunds work for the Membership and the Gold Room.
This section applies to Precision Gold Mentorship (the “Membership”). The rest of these Terms also apply. If this section conflicts with another part of these Terms, this section applies to the Membership.
Precision Gold Mentorship is a trading education membership focused on gold (XAUUSD). It includes:
Members can ask questions in the Discord community or on the Sunday calls, and Rob answers them as general education. We cannot promise a specific response time. We may update, add, reorder, or remove lessons and sections over time.
The Membership is education only. Rob does not review members’ trades, and the Membership does not include trade ideas, trade alerts, or trade calls. Nothing in the Membership is financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, and Rob is not acting as a financial adviser to any member. See Section 16 and our Disclaimer.
You must be at least 18 years old to join the Membership, as set out in Section 3.
You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future charges. Access generally continues until the end of the paid period, and then ends. If you need help cancelling, contact us at contact@precisionautomation.tech. Leaving the Discord server, unsubscribing from our emails, or no longer using the course does not cancel your Membership.
Because the Membership is an education product, you get access from the first day to the course, the tools and resources, and the community, and to the live calls as they take place, all of which use our resources and Rob’s time. For this reason, Membership payments are not refundable, including for partial months, unused time, or if you decide the Membership is not right for you, except where a refund is required by law.
While your Membership is active, we give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access the course videos, live calls, replays, and materials for your own learning. You may not:
Your access to Membership content ends when your Membership ends.
These rules apply in the Membership’s Discord community, in all of our other Communities (including the Gold Room and any free groups), and on live calls. You agree to:
Posts by members are their own opinions. They are not advice from Precision Automation or Rob, and we do not check or endorse them. Do not trade because of another member’s post. Our moderators may remove any content, and may mute, suspend, or remove any member from a Community, at our discretion, including for breaking these rules.
Live calls take place on Zoom. By joining a live call, you understand and agree that:
If you do not want to appear in a recording, keep your camera and microphone off, use a display name you are comfortable with, or ask your question in the Discord community instead. You may not record live calls yourself.
The Membership is delivered through Platforms run by other companies, including Whop (payments and access), Discord (the community), Zoom (live calls), and YouTube (where we publish videos). Each has its own terms of service and privacy policy, which apply when you use it. We do not control these Platforms and are not responsible for their availability, changes, outages, or decisions about your account with them. If a Platform stops working for us or changes, we may move part of the Membership to a different service.
If you break these Terms, including the license and community rules above, we may suspend or end your Membership and your access to the course, the Discord community, and the live calls, without a refund. Section 23 also applies.
The Membership teaches concepts, methods, and tools. We do not promise that you will make money or reach any trading goal, and we do not guarantee any result. Your results depend on your own decisions, discipline, risk management, and market conditions. Trading gold involves substantial risk of loss. Please read our Risk Disclosure.
We may change the Membership over time, for example by adding, updating, or removing lessons, changing Community channels, or changing the day or time of live calls. We may also update these Terms as described in Section 22. If a change materially affects your Membership, we will, where appropriate, give you additional notice, for example by email or in the Discord community. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel from your Whop account.
This section applies to the Precision VIP Gold Room (the “Gold Room”). The rest of these Terms also apply. If this section conflicts with another part of these Terms, this section applies to the Gold Room.
The Gold Room is a paid private Telegram room. In it, Rob shares his own trade ideas and his personal trading journal: the reasoning behind XAUUSD trades he takes, posted as he takes them, including his entry, stop, target, and updates. The number of trades and posts depends on market conditions and on Rob’s own trading, so there is no minimum number of trades or posts.
Members do not trade alongside Rob. Gold Room posts show what Rob is doing in his own account and why. They are not signals to copy, and they are not personalized advice: they do not take your account, experience, or circumstances into account. Each member decides for themselves whether to trade and how, and is fully responsible for that decision. Nothing in the Gold Room is financial, investment, or trading advice, and Rob is not acting as a financial adviser to any member.
You must be at least 18 years old to join the Gold Room. Access is given through Telegram, so you need a Telegram account, and Telegram’s own terms apply. When your subscription ends, your access ends and we may remove you from the room.
Refund terms for the Gold Room are the ones shown at checkout when you subscribe. Where the checkout terms differ from Section 7, the checkout terms apply to the Gold Room.
Gold Room posts are for members only. We give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to read them while your subscription is active. You may not forward, repost, resell, or publish Gold Room posts, take screenshots of them to share with others, share the room’s invite link, or use Gold Room posts to run your own trading room, copy trading service, or paid group.
The community rules in Section 8.8 apply in the Gold Room. We may remove anyone who breaks these Terms or those rules, as described in Section 23.
Rob’s trades can lose money. Past Gold Room trades and results do not guarantee future results, and we do not promise any profit or outcome. Please read our Risk Disclosure.
This section applies to our Trading Software, including Apex EA, Specter EA, Orb EA, and Alpha EA; Build Your Bot, our bot building program, which may include lessons, a Discord community, and custom bot builds; our MT5 indicators; any copy trading option we offer; and web tools such as our gold chart replay tool. It also applies to memberships that include Trading Software, such as our Precision Basic and Precision Premium memberships sold through Whop, where offered. The rest of these Terms also apply.
Trading Software is licensed to you, not sold. Your license is limited to the product, plan, number of accounts, and period stated at purchase. You may not share, resell, or give away any license keys, files, or settings, install Trading Software on accounts your license does not cover, or try to get around any license checks. Section 13 also prohibits reverse engineering and decompiling.
You are responsible for:
Automated trading can lose money. Expert advisors and bots follow fixed logic and can open, manage, or close trades in ways you do not expect, especially in fast markets, around news, or after platform or broker changes. Where we offer a copy trading option, trades are copied to your account automatically, and copied trades can be opened or closed at different prices, late, or not at all, so results in your account will differ from the source. You choose whether to use any automated or copy trading feature, and you are responsible for the results.
Any past, live, backtested, or optimized results we show for Trading Software are for illustration only. They do not guarantee future results, and your results will differ depending on your broker, settings, timing, and market conditions. Backtested and simulated results have the limits described in Section 18.
Trading Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantee of performance or profit and without any promise that it will run without errors (see Section 19). We are not responsible for losses caused by bugs, errors, incorrect settings, broker or platform issues, connection problems, or market conditions.
If we build a custom bot, expert advisor, or indicator based on your strategy or instructions, we build it from the information you give us. You are responsible for your strategy and for testing the build on a demo account before using it with real money. We do not promise that a custom build will be profitable or will behave exactly as you expect in every market condition. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we keep ownership of our code, templates, and tools, and you receive a license to use your custom build for your own trading under this section.
We may update, change, or stop supporting any Trading Software, and updates to MetaTrader 5, your broker’s servers, or other platforms may affect how it works. Product updates are included according to the plan you bought. Where we sell a “lifetime” plan, it means access for as long as we continue to offer and support that product, not for the life of the buyer.
Web tools such as our gold chart replay tool are for practice and education. Their price data may differ from your broker’s, and practice or replay results are simulated: they do not include real execution, slippage, or the pressure of trading real money, and they do not show what you would achieve in live trading.
We offer free resources, including our free beginner course, free PDFs, cheat sheets, checklists, and calculators (such as the Gold Starter Kit, which includes a session timing cheat sheet, a position sizing calculator, and an XAUUSD entry checklist), our email list, and any free Telegram or Discord groups we run.
This section explains the messages we send and how to stop them.

The Services, including all software, analytics engines, models, indicators (including our proprietary in‑house tools), designs, text, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Precision Automation and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. “Precision Automation”, “Precision Intelligence”, and related marks are our property. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
This includes our course videos and lessons, live call recordings and replays, Gold Room posts and trading journal entries, PDFs, cheat sheets, checklists, and calculators, expert advisors, bots, indicators, and their code, web tools such as the gold chart replay tool, emails, and the content on our website and social media channels. Our other product and brand names, including Precision Gold Mentorship, Precision VIP Gold Room, and Precision Trading, and our logos are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use Rob’s name, image, or likeness, or our brand names, to promote any product, service, or group without our prior written consent.
The Services may integrate with or link to third‑party platforms, brokers, and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for third‑party services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their own agreements.
This includes the Platforms we use to sell and deliver the Services, such as Whop, Stripe, Telegram, Discord, Zoom, and YouTube; trading platforms such as MetaTrader 5 and TradingView; and brokers and prop firms. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use it, and we are not responsible for their outages, changes, or decisions about your accounts with them.
Affiliate and partner links: some links, including on the Our Partners page of our website, are affiliate or partner links, for example to MarketEdge and to broker partners. If you sign up, open an account, or buy through them, we may earn a commission. A partner link or mention is not an endorsement or recommendation of that broker or service, and it does not mean the broker is suitable for you. Check a broker’s regulation, costs, and terms yourself before opening an account.
Precision Automation is a software and market‑analytics provider. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we do not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Services, including any alerts, scores, zones, or analytics, are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. No fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship is created by your use of the Services. All trading decisions are solely your own. Please read our full Risk Disclosure.
We also provide trading education, and it is general education, not personalized advice. This also applies to Rob Mirlach personally and to all content by Rob or under the Precision Trading and Precision Automation brands on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Telegram, Discord, Zoom, email, livestreams, podcasts, courses, and free resources. That content is education and Rob’s personal opinion. Rob is not a registered or licensed financial adviser, broker, or investment adviser, and no fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship exists between you and Rob or Precision Automation. Answers to member questions are general education, not advice for your situation, and Gold Room posts are Rob’s own trade ideas and journal, not instructions for you.
We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, profit, or performance. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk and are solely responsible for evaluating any information and for any trades you choose to make.
This applies to every part of the Services, including alerts, Gold Room posts, lessons, live calls, Community posts, free resources, Trading Software, and any copy trading option. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Results, testimonials, reviews, screenshots, certificates, and examples shared on our website, in emails, in our Communities, or on social media, including examples of Rob’s own trades, reflect individual experiences. They are not typical, they are not a guarantee, and your results may be better or worse. Past performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results.
CFTC Rule 4.41: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under‑ or over‑compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Backtested and optimized results for Trading Software, and results from practice tools such as our gold chart replay tool, are hypothetical or simulated results and have these limitations.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non‑infringement, and uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We do not warrant that the Services, data, or alerts will be timely, accurate, complete, or free of interruptions, delays, or errors.
This includes our Trading Software, web tools, course content, live calls, Communities, Gold Room posts, and free resources. We do not warrant that any Trading Software will work with every broker, account type, platform version, or device, or that any Platform we use will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Automation and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Without limiting the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from: your trading decisions; any alert, Gold Room post, lesson, live call, Community post, free resource, or other Content; the operation, malfunction, or settings of any Trading Software or copy trading option; delays, outages, or errors in data or in Platforms such as Whop, Stripe, Telegram, Discord, Zoom, YouTube, MetaTrader 5, or your broker; or unauthorized access to your accounts. These limitations also protect Rob Mirlach personally. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of them may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Automation and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third‑party right.
This includes claims arising from your trading activity and results, content you post in our Communities, your use of any Trading Software or copy trading option on any account, your sharing or resale of our Content, and your breach of any Platform’s terms. This indemnity also covers Rob Mirlach personally.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
This includes changes to features, course content and lesson order, Community channels, live call days and times, Trading Software versions and supported platforms, free resources, and the Platforms we use. Price changes for subscriptions are handled as described in Sections 6, 8, and 9.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Services in a manner that may cause harm or legal exposure. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
This includes removing you from any Community, the Gold Room, or the Membership, and disabling any license for Trading Software. If we end your access because you broke these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund of fees already paid, except where the law requires one or where the terms shown at checkout say otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Precision Automation Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved on an individual basis, and you and Precision Automation waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. Nothing in this section limits any non‑waivable rights you may have under the laws applicable to you as a consumer.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Precision Automation regarding the Services.
Our Disclaimer, the product and communication terms in Sections 8 to 12, and any terms shown at checkout also form part of your agreement with us. If there is a conflict, the more specific terms apply to the product they cover.
