Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to ask Precision Automation Inc. to delete the information we hold about you. That includes the information we receive from Instagram, Facebook and X when you ask for a free resource by commenting on one of our posts.

What we may hold

• From Instagram, Facebook or X: your username and account ID, the text of your comment, the post you commented on, when you commented, and the direct message we sent you.
• From a direct message or story reply to our Instagram account: your Instagram account ID, the keyword you sent, when you sent it, and the link and message we sent back. If your message was not one of our keywords, we do not keep its text. If you unsend your message, we delete its stored text.
• From our website: your email address and the emails we sent you, if you signed up for a free resource or our emails.
• If you are a customer: your membership and purchase records.

How to ask us to delete it

• Email contact@precisionautomation.tech with the subject “Delete my data”.
• Include the username of the Instagram, Facebook or X account you used (for a direct message or story reply, the Instagram account you sent it from), and the email address you signed up with, if any.

We delete the information within 30 days and reply to confirm. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as records of purchases, and a short note of your username or email address so that we do not contact you again.

Removing an app’s access to your account

If you connected your own Facebook or Instagram account to one of our apps, you can remove its access at any time in the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Emails

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
